Biografia

The Doobie Brothers, gruppo blues rock nato alla fine degli anni Sessanta, in California. Esordiscono nel '71 con un album che porta il loro nome.

Il secondo discom Toulouse Street, li rende famosi, grazie a singoli entrati nella storia del rock, quali Listen to the Music, Rockin' Down the Highway, Jesus Is Just Alright. Nell'82 la band si scioglie, per riformarsi cinque anni più tardi. Il loro ultimo lavoro è un live album del 2004, Live at Wolf Trap.
